Charlie Cabs Ltd is registered as a limited company under the laws of Kenya (Companies Act Cap 486), and licensed to operate car hire &  cab services within Kenya and the East African Region.

Charlie Cabs Ltd has a maintenance schedule for all vehicles in its fleet, and each of the cars on Charlie Cabs fleet are fitted with tracking systems from either Car Track or Track IT. This enhances the security of the cars and Charlie Cabs clients and drivers, as it makes them less attractive to carjackers. The cars are also covered under a comprehensive insurance cover. Charlie Cabs also cleans its fleet at the start of each working day to keep them presentable.

Drivers are trained in dealing with international clientele, tour guiding, personal etiquette and overall customer care to keep the clients relaxed and comfortable.  The vehicles are also installed with music systems together with a range of CDS in order to maintain a holiday atmosphere.

The Operations Manager personally contacts each client after service to get feedback on their level of satisfaction, and any complaints they may have.
